Mindelia Terms of Service
1. Introduction
Welcome to Mindelia! These terms of service (“Terms”) govern your access and use of the Mindelia mobile application (the “App”) and any related services offered by Mindelia (collectively, the “Service”).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
2. Definitions
- “Content” means any text, graphics, images, audio, video, data, or other information uploaded, submitted, or otherwise made available through the Service.
- “User” means any individual who accesses or uses the Service.
- “Mindelia” refers to the company that owns and operates the Service.

MINDELIA DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
7. Limitation of Liability
MINDELIA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
8. Termination
Mindelia may terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, or no reason. Mindelia may also, in its sole discretion, discontinue providing the Service altogether.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada.
10. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Mindelia regarding your use of the Service.
11. Changes to the Terms
Mindelia may revise these Terms at any time, by posting the revised Terms on the App. You are expected to check this page regularly so you are aware of any changes, as they are binding on you.
